These terms apply when you use our site, create an account, browse products, or place an order.
Your account
You must be 21 or older and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may limit or close access to protect the site, meet legal requirements, or prevent misuse.
Research use only
Every product is for lab research only. Products are not for human or animal consumption, treatment, diagnosis, or clinical use. You are responsible for buying, storing, handling, and using them legally, with qualified people and suitable facilities.
Products and orders
We may update or correct product details, images, prices, stock, and delivery estimates. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel it if a product is unavailable, details are wrong, payment fails, shipping is restricted, or the sale cannot legally go ahead. If a refund is due for a canceled order, it goes back to the original payment method.
Payments, shipping, and returns
You pay using a payment method shown at checkout. For shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds, read our shipping and returns policy.
What is not allowed
Do not misuse the site, tamper with its security, access it without permission, give false information, or violate intellectual property rights. Do not use the site or products in ways that are prohibited or against the law.
